Firearms Disclaimer

We made a minor addition to the Nex-Tech Classifieds regarding listings in the firearm category. We now have the following disclaimer at the top of the main category and all sub categories. Firearms is a very popular category and we wanted to make sure we could keep them on the site.
"Nex-Tech bears no responsibility for the items sold through the Nex-Tech Classifieds, and that all parties are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws applicable to the sale of firearms."
